The staff of VNA Home Health celebrated the American Heart Association’s “Wear Red for Women Day” on February 5th. This national celebration serves as an effort to make women aware of the risk factors for heart disease and stroke, while educating them on what they can do to keep healthy. For a small donation, our staff members got to wear red, dress “down” for the day, and an attractive red dress pin from the Heart Association. We also provided lots of educational materials. It was a fun day for a great cause!
