The Visiting Nurses Foundation is a 501 C (3) nonprofit organization that exclusively supports the VNA of Albany, Saratoga and Rensselaer. Your tax-deductible contribution helps provide home health care to the needy, special programs, supplies and equipment for our patients, and promotes the growth of our endowment fund.
