Directions to the VNA of Albany from the NYS Thruway: Take exit #24 to I-90 east, exit #2, Washington Avenue. Turn LEFT at light onto Washington Avenue going east, go about 1-1/2 miles, passing UAlbany and the NYS Office Campus on your right.  Turn LEFT at the light by the KeyBank and Exxon-Mobil station onto Colvin Avenue.  The VNA is located at 35 Colvin, at the right corner of Lincoln. Our executive and foundation offices are on the second floor of #45 Colvin; parking is available in the lot between the two buildings.

We strive to provide excellent home care services, and our Quality Improvement Program actively seeks improved patient outcomes.  Clinical concerns and complaints are welcomed as an opportunity to improve, and are handled quickly and thoroughly.  Please refer issues to VNA Director of Patient Services, (518) 489-2681, Ext. 254.  The Joint Commission accredits the VNA of Albany, and offers quality monitoring.  Concerns can be directed to them at 1 (800) 994-6610 if the VNA has not adequately addressed a complaint or problem.
