Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapist
Physical Therapist- Per Diem
- Provides physical therapy services to relieve pain and to develop or restore function and promote or maintain maximum functional abilities.
- Performs therapy services as directed by an authorized Medical Practitioner.
- Promotes coordination and effective management of patient care services rendered by an interdisciplinary team of workers.
- Provides direction and supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides. Accepts additional responsibility dependent on previous therapy practice, preparation and experience. Serves as consultant to other team members.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with one-year recent clinical experience.
- Must have a valid NYS drivers license and automobile
