Full Time Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist is responsible for the receipt and processing of agency referrals. Job duties include insurance verification, authorizing intake information, and ensuring data entry accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree with one to two years’ experience in healthcare is required
  • Working knowledge of and experience with health insurance sources
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency with data entry and software

Full Time Medical Billing Clerk

Experienced medical billing clerk to join our Billing Department. This position supports the billing function by verifying monthly insurance, accurately managing the payer change process, and performing various related billing functions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business with at least two years of experience or a high school diploma and four years of bookkeeping or billing experience
  • Experience with third-party reimbursement preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Knowledge of third-party billing requirements
