About Visiting Nurse Association
of Albany, Saratoga and Rensselaer
The Visiting Nurse Association of Albany, Saratoga and Rensselaer is a Medicare and Medicaid certified non-profit home health care agency governed by a board of directors composed of community members. We provide skilled nursing, home health aides and rehabilitation services to residents of the three counties we serve. We make almost 100,000 home care visits to almost 3,000 patients each year.
