Albany, NY December 4, 2014 – VNA Home Health (VNA), a certified home health care agency, recently opened an office at 71 Glenwood Avenue, Queensbury, New York. The location provides a convenient base for VNA clinicians who serve patients who reside in Warren and Washington counties. The VNA began serving patients in those counties in 2014.
This office is managed by Rosemary Gleason, RN, a resident of Queensbury and is the clinical operations hub for the skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapist staffs, home health aides, LPN support staff, and clinical managers that service patients in their homes who reside in Warren and Washington counties. The VNA shares the office space with Visiting Nurses Home Care (VNHC), a licensed home care agency and an affiliate of the VNA, who has serviced the area for over 20 years. With anticipated growth for both organizations, this new office provides the space and centralized location for staff training and recruitment.
Susan Larman, VNA and VNHC CEO states: “We are excited to have both of our agencies located to conveniently and efficiently serve patients in the communities of Warren and Washington counties. We welcome the opportunity to provide our reputable brand of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to an expanded patient population.”
